Basic dynamical analyses and analog circuit simulations of the Hindmarsh-Rose Biological Neuron Model

Abstract
In this paper, several behaviors of a well-known biological neuron model of the Hindmarsh-Rose are introduced. Basic properties of the HR neuron model for several behaviors are analyzed by means of phase portraits, bifurcation diagram and Lyapunov exponents spectrum. Furthermore electronic circuit designs of the HR neuron model for different behaviours are simulated by using OrCAD-PSpice tool.
