Temperleme İşleminin Yağda Soğutulan Çeliklerin Mikroyapı ve Sertlik Özelliklerine Etkisi

Abstract
In this study, cooling process of 38MnVS6 microalloyed steel and 41CrMo4 steel were applied in oil after annealing at 900 0C for 1 hour. The effect of the tempering depending on 300 0C, 400 0C and 500 0C temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated. Microstructure and harness test results were investigated of oil quenched and tempered samples. Results showed transformation from martensite to bainitic structure and the hardness decreases depending on the tempering temperature.
