Cam Elyaf ile Güçlendirilmiş Pa6.6’nın Eğme ve Darbe Mukavemeti açısından Enjekiyon Parametrelerinin Etkisi

To achieve the ideal characteristics in plastic parts, especially mechanical properties are of great importance. Besides selection of appropriate injection parameters as well as plastic adviser and proportions are known to be effective. In this study, influence of injection parameters on the flexural strength and impact strength of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide 6.6 were investigated. First, Pa6.6 samples were prepared, inclulding pure Pa6.6 and 10, 20 and 30 wt.% of glass-fiber added mixtures respectively. As to intection parametres, injection pressure, injection speed and injection temperature were adjusted. The obtained results were evaluated.
